From May 13-15 2025, UPU, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan and Azerpost, hosted the first-ever Europe and CIS Postal Leaders Forum under the theme: “Next Horizons: Navigating E-commerce, Innovation, and Supply Chain for Future Excellence.”

The forum convened over 150 senior leaders from 35+ countries, including representatives from national postal services, government, academia, industry experts, technology providers, and e-commerce companies.

Key themes on the agenda included:
🔹 The growing role of eCommerce in postal services
🔹 DigitalTransformation
🔹 Sustainable logistics
🔹 Strengthening cybersecurity to build trust and safeguard networks

It also delivered forward-looking insights to help postal operators stay resilient, innovative, and future-ready in an increasingly digital and interconnected world.

This landmark gathering reaffirmed UPU’s commitment to strengthening regional development and global postal cooperation.
