The Presidency’s visual identity was influenced by how the light changes between winter and summer in Sweden, and the colours yellow and blue, which the EU and Sweden share.

The main logo emphasises the Swedish Presidency and our contribution to the EU.
The version with ‘we’ and ‘2023’ reflects the fact that the Swedish Presidency acts in the common interest of the EU.
The version with ‘we’ and ‘eu’ illustrates the connection between EU Member States and how important the EU is to its citizens.
The link between the ‘n’ and the ‘u’ illustrates the affinity between EU citizens, and the yellow punctuation mark symbolises determination.

The Milan coach Stefano Pioli has in a recent interview highlighted the importance that Zlatan Ibrahimovic, 41, had for the team and that he is looking forward to get his star back in the beginning of 2023 after the seven months break due to knee surgery after a serious injury.
Pioli: ”I think Ibra has superior intelligence and he has able to adapt to a situation that he had never experienced before. When Zlatan arrived [in January 2020], no one thought Milan could win the title, he was smart enough to understand when to intervene, sometimes being tough and other times sympathetic, to help his teammates” says the coach.
