What a weekend we had in Stockholm. Spending time and celebrating with two of my kids was as always amazing.

We also had two great concerts with our favourite band, KENT – that returned to play after nine long years.

This write the founder of the Trade Complinace Officer (TCO) programme of Brazil, Alexandre Lira, on LinkedIn today.

”Over the past few days, I’ve been attending the 11th edition of the #BrazilAEOConference, an event hosted by #BrazilCustoms to share the latest advancements of the local AEO Program with the private sector. This initiative is essential for enhancing the competitiveness of Brazil’s imports and exports.

Beyond the insightful conference panels and discussions, it has been a true pleasure to reconnect with many of our students from past Trade Compliance Officer (TCO) Certification editions. Since its creation in 2016, the program has been one of the most impactful projects I’ve worked on. Developing it alongside Lars Karlsson—who has been TCO Patron for most editions and a distinguished keynote speaker at today’s conference, where he delivered a remarkable speech on technology in Customs—has been an incredible honor.

Today, our Alumni network consists of over 300 certified Trade Compliance Officers, many of whom are leading trade executives at importing and exporting companies or experts in the consulting industry.

This year marks a major milestone: #TCO is going international! We are launching its U.S. branch, Trade Compliance Executive, a project I’ve been developing alongside my partner Gianluca Romano.

Exciting times ahead!”

We have been waiting a long time and this weekend it was time for the concert of the year, or maybe in a decade.

Four out five persons in my family have the same favourite band, KENT.

KENT is a Swedish rock band that was Swedens’ biggest rock act for many years (1995-2016) but the band retired nine years ago, after twelve amazing albums – with a farewell tour that broke all records for music in Scandinavia.

The farewell was sudden, came as a surprise and was painful for us fans. Our family went to three of the farewell tour concerts and we all were convinced that they would never play again. The group members are known for their integrity and seriousness giving almost no media interviews and always walkign their own way.

The music is spectacular, as is the lyrics. I love their songs. The singer and songwriter Jocke Berg is a genious.

Suddenly six months ago, after haviing had a low profile for allmost a decade, the band again out if the blue announced three concerts in Stockholm, which sold out in 7 minutes. Another record. So three concerts became six sold out concerts in six days, starting yesterday.

I will go on two of the concerts, the one yesterday (Saturday) and tonight (Sunday) with two of my children, my son and my oldest daughter (she will go on all six concerts….).

How was it ? What do you think. It was absolutely sensational. The magic was still there. When the countdown on the arena big screens went 10,9.8,7…..I had goosebumps. One of the best moments I have had in a long time. Tonight we do it again.
