Tonight the UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson sent a letter to the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, accepting the rxtension of article 50 to January 31st 2020.
It looks like EU will offer UK a flexible three months delay of article 50 and extension to 31 January 2020 in exchange for some hard new conditions. The period can be ended on several dates within the period if the Withdrawal Agreement is approved by UK Parliament.
