Philippines cuts red tape with new trusted trader model

We heard you. That’s why we’ve released new guidelines for the Bureau of Customs (BOC) on how to help you become a ‘trusted trader’, a status that allows you to trade more predictably, efficiently, and at lower cost!

The Authorized Economic Operator Operational Guidelines, developed with the BOC and the Department of Trade and Industry, are fully aligned with international standards under the World Customs Organization and the World Trade Organization’s Trade Facilitation Agreement, and have been endorsed by the Philippine government.
