Together with PwC team Claudia Buysing Damsté Stijn van Doorn & Selly Ng we worked with 50+ top executives in trade compliance for over 12 months to distil the most important things leaders need to know.

When we started out, the focus was on new sustainability requirements in trade rules at the border. With changes now in tariff levels and heightened geopolitical complexity, trade compliance needs to be a boardroom concern for competitiveness.

We highlight the risks of not elevating the trade compliance function and identify key decision points for c-suite to enable their teams.
